"Paul Webb, who has been grinding it out in awesome band after band...known to the New Orleans music community as a workhorse musician" opened the doors of his Bywater Music store in summer 2009. Situated in an area bustling with musicians and artists, Bywater Music was "needed this for the long time," says patron after patron. Near Musicians Village, NOCCA, and Piety Street Studios, the need for such a music store was there and Webb delivered.
